FXAutomation Fix by GPT Shop Ltd

For anyone with an n8n, Make or Zapier workflow that has stopped working

Your broken automation, fixed within 24 hours.

Send us the workflow and the error. We find the cause, fix it, test it on a real run and tell you in plain English what broke. One workflow, $149 fixed.

If we can't fix it, you pay nothing. We refund the full $149.

The 24 hours start when we have access and the details listed below, Monday to Friday.

Typical fixes

  • A connection or token expired and every run now fails
  • A field went empty or changed format, so a later step gets nothing
  • A webhook stopped firing or fires twice
  • A filter, router or IF step sends records the wrong way
  • An API changed and an HTTP or app step now returns an error
  • Rate limits or timeouts on bigger batches

Examples of the problems this covers, not customer cases.

Scope

What one fix covers

Included for $149

  • One workflow (one n8n workflow, one Make scenario or one Zap) that used to work, or that should work as you describe it
  • Finding the cause from the error, the run history and the data
  • The fix itself, made in your account or in an export you import
  • A test run on a real or test record you agree with us
  • A short written note: what broke, what we changed, how to spot it next time

What counts as fixed

The workflow runs end to end on the agreed test record and does what you described before we started. You confirm it, or tell us what is still wrong.

Not included

  • Building a new workflow or adding new features (we can quote that separately)
  • Fixing the apps the workflow connects to, such as a down vendor API
  • Paying for plan upgrades or extra tasks your tool may need
  • Ongoing monitoring after the fix

What we need from you

Six things, so the clock can start

The tool
n8n (cloud or self-hosted, and its version), Make or Zapier, and your plan.
The workflow
Collaborator or member access, or an export: n8n workflow JSON, a Make blueprint, or a shared Zap link. Remove credentials from exports.
The error
The error message, a failed execution ID or a screenshot of the run history.
What it should do
Two or three sentences on what the workflow is meant to do and when it last worked.
A test record
One record we can safely run through it, or permission to use a real one.
Connections
If an app connection needs signing in again, you do it while we wait. We never ask for your passwords.

Process

From broken to working in four steps

Step 1

Pay and tell us the tool

Checkout asks which tool and workflow it is. Stripe emails your receipt.

Step 2

Send access and the details

Reply to the receipt, or email chris@gptshopltd.com, with the six things above. The 24 hours start here.

Step 3

We find and fix the cause

If it turns out to be more than one fix, we tell you before doing more. You choose a written quote for the extra work or a full refund.

Step 4

Test run and note

We run the agreed test record, send the note and you confirm it works. Then remove our access.

Price

$149, one workflow, fixed

Paid securely through Stripe. No hourly billing and no surprise extras. Anything beyond the one fix is quoted in writing first, and you can say no.

Automation fix

$149 one workflow
  • n8n, Make or Zapier
  • Fixed within 24 hours of access
  • Tested on an agreed record
  • Written note of the cause and the change
  • Full refund if we can't fix it

Refund policy

If we can't fix it, you pay nothing

  • If we can't get the workflow working as described, we refund the full $149 to your card through Stripe. You don't need to argue a case.
  • If the cause is outside the workflow (for example the vendor's API is down or removed, or the fix needs a plan upgrade you don't want), we explain what we found. If we can't make it work, it is a full refund.
  • If you change your mind before we have started, it is a full refund.
  • If we fixed it and you confirmed the test run, the job is complete and is not refundable.
  • Refunds go back through Stripe, usually within 2 working days of us agreeing. Card refunds can take 5 to 10 days to show.

FAQ

Questions people ask before paying

Which tools do you fix?

n8n (cloud and self-hosted), Make and Zapier. If your workflow uses another tool as one step, such as Airtable, Google Sheets, a CRM or an HTTP API, that step is included.

When do the 24 hours start?

When we have access and the six details on this page, Monday to Friday. Details sent on a Saturday or Sunday start the clock at 09:00 UK time on Monday. If something is missing, we tell you what as soon as we see it.

Is it safe to give you access?

Give us the least access that works: collaborator access to one workflow, or an export with the credentials removed. We never ask for passwords. When it is fixed, remove our access.

What if it needs more than one fix?

We tell you before doing more. You get a written fixed quote for the rest or a full refund. Nothing extra is charged without your yes.

Can you look before I pay?

Yes. Email the error and a short description, and we will tell you whether it looks like a one-fix job. That check is free.

Do you guarantee it will never break again?

No. Apps change their APIs and tokens expire. The note we send tells you what caused it and what to watch for, so you can spot it next time.

Who does the work?
